  • 1 lb lean ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350?F (175?C) and lightly grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, saut? the onion and garlic in olive oil until soft.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, saut?ed onion and garlic, breadcrumbs, eggs, curry powder, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Shape the mixture into a loaf in the greased pan.
  5. For the glaze, mix ketchup and Worcestershire sauce; spread over the meatloaf.
  6. Bake for about 60 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165?F (74?C). Rest before slicing.
