Instructions

  1. Rinse and pat dry the chicken breasts.

  3. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot and pour the sauce over them.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of at least 165?F.
  5. Shred the chicken in the crockpot using two forks and stir to coat with sauce.
  6. Serve over rice or with saut?ed vegetables.
