  • 1 oz onion soup mix (1 packet)

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the potatoes into even-sized pieces.

  3. Layer half of the potato mixture in the crockpot, then sprinkle half of the cheddar cheese on top. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
