  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400?F (200?C) and lightly grease an oven-safe skillet or baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together cornmeal, flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, mix the milk, eggs, and melted butter until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined?avoid overmixing.
  5. Pour the batter into the greased pan and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
