- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (175g)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350?F (175?C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking pan.
- For the brownie layer, melt butter and cocoa powder in a bowl. Stir in granulated sugar and eggs until combined, then mix in flour, baking powder, and salt before pouring into the prepared pan.
- For the cookie layer, cream softened butter with brown sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract; gradually add flour with baking soda and salt, then fold in chocolate chips.
- Spoon dollops of cookie dough over the brownie layer and swirl gently for marbled patterns.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
