  • 1 package (17.3 oz) puff pastry sheets
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400?F (200?C).
  2. Saut? chopped spinach in a skillet over medium heat until wilted (about 2 minutes). Let cool.
  3. In a bowl, combine cooled spinach with cream cheese, mozzarella, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Roll out puff pastry sheets on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick.
  5. Spread the spinach mixture evenly on each pastry sheet and roll tightly from one end.
  6. Slice into one-inch pinwheels and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Brush with egg wash for a golden finish and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
