- 6 large eggs

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350?F (175?C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Cut the bread into one-inch cubes and layer half in the baking dish. Sprinkle half of the blueberries over the bread.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until smooth. Pour evenly over the bread and blueberries.
- Top with remaining blueberries, pressing them gently into the mixture.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until puffed and golden brown. Let it cool slightly before serving with powdered sugar and maple syrup if desired.
