  • 1 lb baby potatoes
  • 1 oz ranch dressing mix
  • ? cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or blend)
  • ? cup green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400?F (200?C) or grill to medium heat.
  2. Wash baby potatoes and halve them if larger. In a bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, ranch dressing mix, and half the BBQ sauce.
  3. Cut aluminum foil into 12×12 inch sheets. Place seasoned potatoes on each sheet and drizzle with remaining BBQ sauce before sealing tightly.
  4. Cook on the grill or in the oven for 25-30 minutes until fork-tender.
  5. Open foil packs carefully, sprinkle cheese and green onions on top, and let sit for a minute before serving.
