  • 2 cups frozen shredded hash browns (thawed)
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425?F (220?C) and grease a muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine thawed hash browns, Parmesan cheese, eggs, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Scoop about two tablespoons of the mixture into each muffin cup and press down firmly.
