Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350?F (175?C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
