- 1 box brownie mix (approx. 18.5 oz)
- 2 large eggs
- ? cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
- ? cup salted caramel sauce
- Sea salt for sprinkling
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350?F (175?C). Mix the brownie mix, eggs, and melted butter according to package instructions. Pour into a greased pan and bake for 20-25 minutes until set.
- Let the brownies cool completely in the pan.
- Crumble cooled brownies into a bowl and mix in half of the salted caramel sauce until sticky.
- Roll tablespoon-sized portions into balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill truffles in the fridge for about an hour to firm up.
- Melt chocolate chips in short bursts in the microwave until smooth. Dip each truffle into chocolate, letting excess drip off. Drizzle remaining salted caramel on top and sprinkle with sea salt.
