  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil

Instructions

  2. In a bowl, mix flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth.
  4. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined. Fold in white chocolate chips.
  5. Transfer batter to the prepared loaf pan and bake for 60?70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Cool for 10 minutes in the pan before transferring to a wire rack.
