Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375?F (190?C). Peel and chop sweet potatoes into cubes and steam until tender, approximately 15 minutes.
  2. Drain excess water and mash the sweet potatoes in a large bowl until smooth.
  3. Mix in cocoa powder, maple syrup, almond butter, and eggs until well combined.
  4. Gently fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased 8×8 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
