- 1 kg Jersey Royal potatoes
- 200 g cr?me fra?che
- 250 g reblochon cheese, sliced
- 150 g lardons (or thick-cut bacon)
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350?F (175?C) and wash then slice the Jersey Royal potatoes thinly.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the lardons until crispy. Add the diced onions and minced garlic; saut? until softened.
- In an oven-safe baking dish, layer half of the sliced potatoes, half of the lardon-onion mixture, and half of the cr?me fra?che. Top with half of the reblochon cheese.
- Repeat layering with the remaining ingredients.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
