- 2 tbsp milk
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350?F (175?C). Grease a baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter and granulated sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time.
- Sift together cocoa powder, flour, and a pinch of salt in another bowl. Gradually fold into the wet mixture until just combined.
- For the cookie dough filling, cream together softened butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Mix in vanilla, milk, flour, and chocolate chips until smooth.
- Spread half of the brownie batter in the pan. Add dollops of cookie dough on top, then pour remaining brownie batter over it.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs. Let cool before slicing.
