Ingredients
4 cups all-purpose flour

2 teaspoons active dry yeast

1 cup packed brown sugar

Instructions
1. In a large bowl, mix warm milk with yeast; let sit until bubbly (about 5 minutes). Add sugar, egg, and gradually incorporate flour. Mix in melted butter until the dough is smooth.
2. Knead the dough for about 8 minutes until elastic. Cover and let rise in a warm place for one hour.
3. Roll out the dough into a rectangle, spread softened butter, and sprinkle brown sugar mixed with cinnamon over it. Roll tightly and slice into pieces.
