Description

  • 1 lb white fish fillets (cod or tilapia)
  • 8 small corn or flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 lime (juiced)
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400?F (200?C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place fish fillets on the sheet and season with salt, pepper, and spices.
  2. Bake for 12-15 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  3. While the fish is baking, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, and hot sauce in a bowl until smooth.
  4. Toss shredded cabbage with cilantro and lime juice in another bowl.
  5. Warm tortillas in a skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds per side.
  6. Assemble tacos by layering fish, slaw, and sauce on each tortilla. Serve immediately.
