Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh cranberries (about 200g)
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks, fresh or canned (well-drained, about 240g)
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar (150g)
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (30ml)
