Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchinis
- 1 pound lean ground beef (or turkey)
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2–3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375?F (190?C).
- Slice the zucchinis in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
- In a skillet, saut? onions and garlic until fragrant. Add ground beef (or turkey) and cook until browned.
- Remove from heat and mix in breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir in half of the cheese.
