  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce (plus more for serving)
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400?F (200?C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion powder, garlic powder, and half of the barbecue sauce. Mix until just combined.

  5. Brush remaining barbecue sauce over meatballs and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.

Notes

For added flavor, swap half the ground beef for ground pork.
