  • 2 tablespoons curry powder

Instructions

  1. Rinse lentils under cold water until clear. Chop onion, garlic, and carrots.
  2. In a large pot over medium heat, saut? diced onion in oil until translucent (about 5 minutes). Add minced garlic; cook for another minute.
