  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  3. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm spot until doubled (about 1 hour).
  4. Prepare the filling by mixing sugar with cinnamon in a small bowl.
  5. Once risen, punch down the dough and roll out into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle evenly with cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  6. Cut into strips, stack vertically, cut into squares, and place in a greased loaf pan. Cover and let rise again for about 30 minutes.
  7. Preheat oven to 350?F (175?C) and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
