  • 810 corn tortillas
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar/Monterey Jack)

  • ? onion (diced)
  • 1 can enchilada sauce (red or green)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350?F (175?C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
