- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 2 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp coriander
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375?F (190?C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, saut? the onion in olive oil until translucent. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant. Allow to cool.
- In a large bowl, combine ground lamb, saut?ed onions and garlic, breadcrumbs, eggs, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Mix well using your hands.
