  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup ketchup (plus extra for topping)
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350?F (175?C) and prepare a loaf pan or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, cooked quinoa, onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, ketchup, and Italian seasoning until just combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf in the pan or on the baking sheet.

  5. Bake for 45-55 minutes until the internal temperature reaches at least 165?F (74?C).
