  • 1 cup canned pineapple chunks (drained)

  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  6. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto prepared sheets about two inches apart.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are slightly golden but centers remain soft.
  8. Allow cooling slightly before transferring to wire racks.
