- 3/4 cup granulated sugar

- 2 tbsp matcha powder
- 1/2 cup sweet red bean paste

- Preheat the oven to 350?F (175?C). Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into a springform pan.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in matcha powder.
- Pour half of the filling over the crust. Add dollops of sweet red bean paste and swirl gently with a knife. Pour remaining filling over the top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until edges are set but center is slightly jiggly.
- Cool completely before refrigerating for at least four hours. Serve chilled, topped with extra sweet red bean paste if desired.
