  • 2 cups chopped cabbage (green or savoy)
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 inch fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 can (14 oz) coconut milk
  • 2 cups low-sodium vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, add olive oil and saut? diced onions until translucent. Add minced garlic and grated ginger; cook until fragrant.
  2. Stir in cumin, turmeric, and coriander for about one minute to release their aromas.
