- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2–3 tbsp ice water
- 1/2 cup berry jam (raspberry, strawberry, or blueberry)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375?F (190?C). In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt. Cut in cold butter until crumbly.
- Gradually add ice water until the dough forms. Shape into a disk, wrap in plastic, and chill for 30 minutes.
- Roll out the chilled dough to 1/8 inch thick. Cut circles to fit tartlet pans.
- Press dough into pans and fill each with about one tablespoon of berry jam.
- Bake for 20?25 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
