  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 23 tbsp ice water
  • 1/2 cup berry jam (raspberry, strawberry, or blueberry)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375?F (190?C). In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt. Cut in cold butter until crumbly.
  2. Gradually add ice water until the dough forms. Shape into a disk, wrap in plastic, and chill for 30 minutes.
  3. Roll out the chilled dough to 1/8 inch thick. Cut circles to fit tartlet pans.
  4. Press dough into pans and fill each with about one tablespoon of berry jam.
  5. Bake for 20?25 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
