  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375?F (190?C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms with a damp paper towel and carefully remove the stems.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the Italian sausage until browned. Drain excess fat.
  4. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, cooked sausage, Parmesan cheese, parsley, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
  5. Fill each mushroom cap generously with the mixture.
