- 1 lb ribeye or sirloin steak, cubed
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 1 cup bell peppers (red, yellow, green), sliced
- 1 medium sweet onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp mixed herbs (optional)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 400?F (200?C) or grill to medium heat.
- 2. In a large bowl, combine steak cubes, halved baby potatoes, sliced bell peppers, onion, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and herbs. Toss until well coated.
- 3. Lay out large pieces of aluminum foil and evenly divide the mixture among them. Fold the foil to create sealed packets.
- 4. Place foil packs on the grill or in the oven and cook for 25-30 minutes until everything is tender.
- 5. Carefully open each pack and serve immediately.
