1 lb lean ground beef

1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or Italian)

1 large egg

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 cups marinara sauce

4 sub rolls (6 inches each)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese


Instructions

Preheat oven to 400?F (200?C).
