Description

  • 1 lb lean ground beef (80% lean)
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 8 taco shells (corn or flour)
  • 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ? cup sour cream
  • 1 avocado (sliced) or ? cup guacamole

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for about 5 minutes until fully cooked.
  2. Drain excess fat and add taco seasoning and ? cup water; let simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
  3. Warm taco shells in the oven at 350?F for 5 minutes (or heat soft tortillas in a skillet).
