- 1 can (5 oz) tuna in olive oil, drained
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375?F (190?C). Halve the bell peppers lengthwise and remove seeds.
- In a bowl, mix the drained tuna, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, olive oil, herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each pepper half generously with the tuna mixture.
- Place stuffed peppers in a baking dish and cover with foil. Bake for 25-30 minutes until tender.
- Remove from oven and drizzle lemon juice over each pepper before serving.
