- 1 tsp onion powder

- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Optional: 1/4 cup (25g) grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions

- In a large bowl, mix together the ground turkey, gluten-free breadcrumbs, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.

- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches at least 165?F (74?C).
