Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef
15 oz whole milk ricotta cheese
20 jumbo pasta shells
2 cups marinara sauce
1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning
Instructions
Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
In a bowl, combine the cooked beef with ricotta cheese.
Boil jumbo shells until al dente, then cool slightly.
