16 large fresh white or cremini mushroom caps

1 cup lump crab meat

8 ounces softened cream cheese

2 cloves minced garlic

2 tablespoons finely chopped green onion

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

? cup grated Parmesan cheese


Instructions

Preheat oven to 375?F (190?C). Clean mushroom caps with a damp paper towel and remove stems.

In a bowl, mix cream cheese, garlic, green onions, crab meat, lemon juice, paprika, and Parmesan until well combined.

Stuff each mushroom cap generously with the filling and arrange on a greased baking sheet.

Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and heated through.
