Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425?F (220?C).
  2. Peel the rutabaga and cut it into fry-shaped sticks.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the rutabaga sticks with olive oil, salt, and pepper until well-coated. Spread them evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
