- 2 large Russet potatoes (about 400g)
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Optional: 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp paprika, or grated parmesan cheese for seasoning
Instructions
- Wash and peel the potatoes if desired. Cut into uniform strips about 1/4 inch thick.
- Soak the potato strips in cold water for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch.
- Drain and pat the potatoes dry with paper towels. Toss with olive oil, salt, and any additional seasonings.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375?F (190?C) for 5 minutes.
- Place the seasoned potato strips in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through for even crispiness.
- Once golden brown and crispy, serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
