Ingredients
- 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs total)
- 1 cup plain yogurt (full-fat)
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 2 tbsp garlic and ginger paste
- 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ? cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Sriracha (or to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400?F (200?C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, curry powder, garlic and ginger paste, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces and coat them in the marinade. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Place marinated chicken in a single layer on the baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- While baking, combine mayonnaise and Sriracha in a small bowl for dipping sauce.
- Let chicken cool slightly before serving with the sauce.
