  • 1 pound shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 2 large eggs (beaten)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust for spice)

Instructions

  1. Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat dry.
  2. Set up a breading station with seasoned flour (flour & paprika), beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs in separate bowls.
  3. Coat each shrimp in flour, dip in egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400?F (200?C). Arrange shrimp in a single layer in the basket and spray lightly with cooking spray.
  5. Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Meanwhile, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a small bowl for the sauce.
  7. Drizzle the sauce over cooked shrimp before serving.
