  • 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 can (13.5 oz) full-fat coconut milk
  • 2 tsp spirulina powder
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Vegetables: Peel and dice sweet potatoes into small cubes. Chop the onion and mince the garlic.
