Ingredients
1 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
? cup fresh cilantro, chopped (or more parsley)
5 cloves garlic, minced
? cup extra virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
1 pound baguette or ciabatta
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375?F (190?C).
In a bowl, mix the parsley, cilantro, garlic, olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Slice the baguette or ciabatta in half lengthwise and place on a baking sheet.
Generously spread the chimichurri sauce on both halves.
