  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup bell peppers (red or yellow), diced
  • 4 cups low-sodium vegetable broth
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tsp chili powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Prep your ingredients: Rinse lentils under cold water. Chop onions, garlic, bell peppers, and avocados.
