1 pound ground beef

912 lasagna noodles

3 cups marinara sauce

15 ounces ricotta cheese

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 large egg


Instructions

2. Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned; drain excess fat. Stir in marinara sauce and simmer for 15 minutes.

3. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, half of the Parmesan, egg, salt, and pepper.
