2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 pound each)

1 cup whole milk ricotta cheese

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375?F (190?C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
