Ingredients
- 1 lb rotini or penne pasta
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 large cucumber, diced

- 1 cup Kalamata olives, pitted
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- ? cup fresh parsley, chopped
- ? cup fresh dill, chopped
- ? cup extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water; set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, and feta cheese.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until emulsified.
