  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350?F (175?C). Lightly grease a muffin tin.
  2. Cook the elbow macaroni in salted water until al dente, about 7 minutes. Drain and set aside.
